(www.Mountakhab.com/11-9-2007) Young prodigy and upcoming star of Tottenham Hotspurs, Adel Taarabt, has agreed to answer the questions of Moroccan fans.

Adel has taken his time to answer questions about his life, present career and as many of you asked about his international status.

We are proud to present his answers below.

1. Please tell us who is Adel Taarabt?

- I was born in Morocco before being brought up in France. I played football in the neighbourhood in Lens before getting a contract with the local club and now I am playing for Tottenham.

2. Please tell us about your career?

- My career has just started and I hope it is going to last a very long time.

3. Are you satisfied over your move to Spurs?

- I am very happy with it, I hope I get more chances to play as time goes on and I hope to become a very important element of the team.

4. How do you feel about playing for Spurs and about your debut in the English Premier League?

- It is a great pleasure and making my debut was my first aim. My next aim is to play more.

5. Do you have any contact with the Moroccan FA or the coaches?

- Morocco called me and, although my choice isn't made for sure, I would choose to play for France if the opportunity came up at the moment. I haven't made a final decision yet though.

6. How do you cope with training and playing during the holy month of Ramadan?

- I am a practicing Muslim and I will fast for the whole month, except on game days when I will not. I will make up the days after.

- My ambition is to get more playing time in the first team and next year I want to play in the Champions League with Spurs.

8. What are your weak and strong points?

9. Do you keep in touch with other Moroccan players in the UK, France and Morocco?

- Younes Kaboul and I are both Moroccan and I see him every day!

10. What are your hobbies?

- I like to go to the cinema every now and again, but my biggest pleasure is to be out on the pitch.

11. Do you visit Morocco very often? And where are your parents from in Morocco?

- Near enough every summer, but I didn't get to go this year. My parents are from Taza in the north.

12. Who are the best players you've played with and against?

- Here at Spurs the best players I've played with are Berbatov and I think Ledley King is a great player. The greatest I've played against is Paul Scholes - a player I like very much.

- So far the European Under-17 Championships with France and my debut for Spurs.
